Domestic orders usually take 6-8 business days and for the customised product it takes 15-25 business days & 1-3 weeks for International orders to be delivered. Update regarding the dispatch of product and tracking details will be shared via email.

Once your order has been shipped, Trunkboxbaby can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package.This can be a result of a delay cause by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or for sight. All orders will be delivered via safe drop, if nobody is home to receive it, unless selected otherwise at checkout. Safe drop is performed at the

customers risk and Trunkboxbaby is not liable for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
